60Min2Success

Getting fired or laid off can feel like the floor is crumbling under your feet and you aren't sure how you will make it to your next step, next interview or next job. And the job search process is even MORE frustrating because of the stress of your situation.

Most people dread the job search process.

But what if it could be easier?

What if it could even be exciting? EVEN if you have been fired?

Getting fired isn't the end of the world (even though it feels like it). Why? I firmly believe that getting fired can actually be a GOOD thing and lead to something even better - new opportunities, new jobs for a company you admire in a career you love. AND - You can do this WITHOUT feeling frustrated or like you are at the mercy of recruiters or hiring managers and earn more money too.

I have worked with people who have been "transitioned out" for over a decade. Companies hire outplacement firms and their employees are assigned to career coaches - like me - to help them with their next career moves. With over 20 years of experience as a compensation consultant and career coach, my experience is instrumental in helping clients get back on their feet, focus their job strategy, overcome obstacles and get the job they want.

I am developing the 60 Minutes to Success series to help YOU be successful looking for a job.  If you need an overall approach - the 60 Minutes to Success series is for you.  If you only need help with one thing like interviewing or negotiating - the 60 Minutes to Success series is for you.

To start, I have developed two books:

How to Interview After Being Fired: and Get the Job (60 Minutes to Success) by [Hawley, Stacey]
3. How Much Severance to Expect After Getting Fired

60 Minutes to Success: What - and How Much - SEVERANCE to Expect After Getting Fired by [Hawley, Stacey]

Look for more to come on:
