As we progress in our careers - and our lives - our goals change. What used to be important when we first started working in our 20's seems less important as we get older.  Or we discover we want different things from our jobs and our companies.

I specialize in working with mid-late career professionals and executives to help find the right role, career path and company that aligns with ALL your goals - professional AND personal.

The best way I can describe my approach is PRACTICAL.

Here is what I DO do...

1. Help you identify and prioritize what matters most to you in terms of the role and the company. 

I've designed career paths, organization structures, and job descriptions. I sit with C-Suite and Board members to discuss how to grow and develop their people. I have worked with hundreds of companies in most industries and various stages of growth - so I understand A LOT about cultures and the importance of cultural fit.

Most people get frustrated with the job search process because they don't create a guide. That guide is a list of what matters most to you. You and I will talk about your career - in detail - and discuss what you have liked and haven't liked. We will use that information for helping you prioritize what you have to have in your next role and company - and how to use that in your job search process.

2. Identify your key leadership and technical skills and how to apply those skills to career paths that align with your goals


Because I've worked in just about every industry imaginable (and at companies in all stages of growth), I can provide special insights when helping people. Whether you need career coaching, outplacement and executive transition, finding your northstar is NOT just about understanding your skills.  It's about understanding how your skills can be applied to certain roles and careers.  

After our initial call, I will give you a personalized assessment to help you think through your skills and goals. It's a practical view into what matters to you and where you want to focus your energy.


3. Help you identify the type of company/culture that aligns with your goals


PLUS!  Finding a job isn't just about the role.  It's about finding the right company - the right cultural fit.  That's what makes my background so unique.  I am the window into lots of companies and industries and can help you decide if a particular company is the right place for you to be.

Because - you can love the job but if you hate the company, you will NOT be happy in the long run.

Plus, I've developed HR programs just like the ones that many of these companies use.  I understand how your career will progress and can help you make a more informed decision.

4. Develop a concrete job search plan you can follow

Using the information we learn in the first call and the assessment, I will develop a job search strategy for you to follow.  We will discuss the results of the assessment and make sure you have the resources you need to be successful.

The total is $375 and is a small investment with a huge ROI.
