Meet Stacey

I am a career strategist, compensation consultant (which means I  help companies figure out how, how much and when to pay their people), author (Rise to the Top) and creator of the 60Min2Success series to help outplaced professionals find a better opportunity for more money.

With over 24 years of experience, I have authored several books and am regularly cited by national media outlets for my career expertise. I partner with hundreds of companies and clients to develop talent, open doors and find new opportunities.

My career began at a world-renowned HR consulting firm in their prestigious compensation practice - Willis Towers Watson. There, I had the opportunity to support Boards, C-Suites and senior leaders to develop compensation programs, career paths, pay structures and everything related to onboarding and growing their talent (from job descriptions to interview programs to equity plans). My clients ranged from F100's to startups (from healthcare/hospitals to tech and media to entertainment and financial services).

My clients choose to partner with me because of my experience actually designing these programs. The value of this "inside" industry information - how companies view and grow talent. I leverage this background to help my clients find the right career path that aligns with both their professional and personal goals.

My books

  1. 5 Steps to Negotiate the BEST Job Offer...By NOT Negotiating! I created a step-by-step guide to help you understand how to develop your relationship with your prospective employer, learn what is (and what is not) competitive, what should (and should not) be in a contract, discuss the offer, handle sticky situations and - most importantly - get everything you want.
  2. 60Min2Success provides job search support - from interviewing to networking to negotiating compensation - to people who have been laid off.  The polite term is "outplaced". I prefer to think of it as "in transition". My personal passion is helping people who have been laid off get an even better job for more money. I have been in the compensation and talent space for over 24 years, but for over 10 years, I have been helping people transition.
  3. Rise to the Top - is geared towards female powerhouses and helps women understand how companies approach compensation and how to play the game to earn more money
