Interviewing

Interviewing successfully means preparing.

As someone who has conducted countless interviews, created the interviewing and onboarding (hiring programs) for companies and worked with hundreds of companies designing their roles and career paths, I understand EXACTLY what it takes to nail an interview.

My clients tell me:
I haven't interviewed in years....
I am getting the interview but haven't received any offers...
I don't seem to be connecting with the interviewers...
I am not sure how to best represent my diverse/varied/leave of absence/gap in employment/(FILL IN THE BLANK) background in a way that makes sense!
THE PROCESS

  1. I created the interviewing an onboarding process for a multi-million dollar division within a global HR consulting firm
  2. I sourced, interviewed and recruited candidates each year
  3. I supported clients in the development of job descriptions and recruiting of their executives
  4. I have written books and online training sessions on how to ace the interview, especially after being fired.

My background is perfect to help you nail the interview.

To prep for the interview, I work together with you to make sure you are ready

  1. A one hour call to discuss interview tactics, common questions and how to prepare answers. I will give you the information you need to prepare answers on your own using my guides
  2. Time for you to practice developing answers using this information
  3. A 2nd call for us to review these answers and then do a “mock” interview

I believe in empowering my clients to help them be successful, including practicing on their own.

The total investment is $250 but the ROI is priceless.
